(i.e. Rewards earned in April, will be paid by May 14th).<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Points do not carry over from month to month.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The maximum rewards you can earn is $5.00 per mo. per unique contacts. Therefore, in order to earn $15.00 in rewards, you would have needed to chat with a minimum of 3 unique contacts within that month. (See \"How much can I earn?\" in the FAQ's below for details)<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>*Premium Users. Only premium users can earn over $20 per month. Once you've earned a minimum of 2000 Points for 6 months consecutively, you will be eligible to become Premium Users. Premium Users can earn up to $40 per month. Once you have qualified, we will send you a notice via email or instant message via the IMGR App.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The maximum earnings for non-premium users is $20 per mo.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Combining Points: In some instances, we will allow you to combine your points together with family members and certain groups. Please <a href=\"..\/contact-2\/\">contact us<\/a> for details.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"text-error\">View Your Points in Real Time<\/h3>\n\n\nView your point totals in real time right within the app by going to: <i>Settings &gt; My Profile\/Points<\/i>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"text-error\">Redeeming Your Points<\/h3>\n\n\nIf you've earned enough points to qualify at the end of each month, we'll automatically send you your preferred rewards. You can choose to receive the following items when you register:\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>Paypal Cash<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>iTunes Gift Card<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Google Play Gift Card<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>You can donate your earnings to charity (Please see below for details)<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"text-error\">Don't Forget To Register<\/h3>\n\n\nYou will begin earning points as soon as you start using IMGR and sharing brands. In order to redeem your points, you must be <a href=\"..\/register\/\">registered<\/a>. After you register, we will notify you once your account is approved, and you will then be eligible to receive your rewards.\n\nAll reward items will be sent to you digitally.\n\nAt the end of each month, we'll send you your preferred rewards via text or email. You will select your preferred reward when you <a href=\"..\/register\/\">register<\/a>.\n\nIf you would like to change your preferred reward, or you have questions about your points, or your points balance, please <a href=\"..\/support\/\">contact support<\/a>.\n\n<a name=\"pfaq\"><\/a>\n\n\n<h4>Earn Extra Bonus Points<\/h4>\n\n\nWe will randomly issue bonus points. Some ways you can earn extra bonus points are:\n\n\n<ol>\n \t\n\n<li>The more you use IMGR, the more opportunity you have to receive bonuses.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The more IMGR Contacts you have, the better!<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Strategically choose the brands your sharing. The more interest your shared brands receive, the better.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Change the brand selections your sharing every month or two. Go to: Settings &gt; Promo Settings &gt; View\/Edit Sponsors &gt; Edit &amp; Select.<\/li>\n\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n<h4>Donate Your Earnings to Charity (Optional)<\/h4>\n\n\nIMGR is dedicated to helping charities, and we have committed a portion off our overall revenue to go to charitable organizations. So every time you use IMGR, you're helping to contribute to a good cause. When you register, you have the option of donating your earned rewards to charity.\n\n\n<h3 class=\"text-error\">Points FAQ's<\/h3>\n\n\n<b>Q. I've sent several messages with the brands included but but I dont' see all the points adding up? <\/b>\n\nA. You'll earn points for each message you send and receive. However, in order for your points to add up, you'll want to make sure your using IMGR for normal daily two way chat conversations. So you'll want to equally receive as many messages as you've sent. Our algorithyms are calculating your overall total messages sent and received. It doesn't matter which contacts your sending too or receiving from. The formula for your total points is the lesser of sent or received times two. Below are some examples.\n\nExample 1: You've sent a total of 100 branded messages, and you've received a total of 100 messages. Your total points are: 200 (100 sent + 100 received)\n\nExample 2: You've sent a total of 100 branded messages, and you've received a total of 50 messages. Your total points are: 100 (50 sent + 50 received)\n\nExample 3: You've sent a total of 50 branded messages, and you've received a total of 100 messages. Your total points are: 100 (50 sent + 50 received)\n\nExample 4: You've sent a total of 100 branded messages, and you've received a total of 0 messages. Your total points are: 0\n\nExample 5: You've sent a total of 0 branded messages, and you've received a total of 100 messages. Your total points are: 0\n\n<b>Q. My points display at the bottom of the menu screen is not updating? <\/b>\n\nA. Go to: Settings &gt; My Profile\/Points and pull down the screen to refresh.\n\n<b>Q. On My Profile\/Points screen it says \"UNREGISTERED\"? <\/b>\n\nA. Your points will begin to add up immediately when you start using IMGR. However in order to redeem your points for rewards, you'll need to <a href=\"..\/register\/\">register<\/a>. Your points will continue to add up while your registration is in process. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your registration. Once processed, you will see \"REGISTERED\". Even after you've registered and been accepted, you may need to send and receive some branded messages and earn some points before you will see \"REGISTERED\".\n\n<b>Q. What is Total MTD Points? <\/b>\n\nA. This is your total points (Month To Date). You will receive your rewards based on your monthly usage. Your points will reset and start all over at zero (0) each month. You will also see your total points for the previous month.\n\n<b>Q. When will I receive my rewards? <\/b>\n\nA. You will automatically receive your reward (if registered) within 14 days of the month end. (i.e. Rewards earned April 1 - April 30, will be issued by may 14th.)\n\n<b>Q. My point totals have been adjusted, or I did not receive the Rewards amount that I thought I would? <\/b>\n\nA. Please review all of the Rewards guidelines noted on this page. Below are some common reasons why your Rewards may have been adjusted:\n\n1. If our system detects that users are not using the application as intended for normal daily chat conversations, Rewards may be adjusted or accounts may be suspended. Some examples include: Sending fake text messages, sending large amounts of one word texts, etc...\n\n2. Having a limited amount of other IMGR contacts your chatting with. (i.e.\u00a0\u00a0You may have earned 2000 points, but your only chatted with one other IMGR user. You would be capped at $5 rewards). See below for additional details.\n\n3. Your not a premium user.\n\n<b>Q. How much can I earn? <\/b>\n\nA. Premium Users can earn up to $40 per month. Non-Premium users can earn up to $20 per month. These amounts include all monthly bonuses for referrals or other bonuses.\u00a0 Once you've earned a minimum of 2000 Points for 6 months consistently, you will be eligible to become a Premium User, and will be notified by email.\n\nThe maximum amount of total rewards you can earn each month is limited to the total number of unique IMGR contacts that you are chatting with each month.
